RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT


  • Be in time for academy daily.
  • Keep your hands and face washed and your hair brushed.
  • Keep your clothes and books neat and tidy.
  • Do not write on walls.
  • Keep your hands and feet away from walls.
  • Put papers, fruit skins, sweet wrappers and poly bags in a dustbin.
  • Do not play in verandahs or class rooms.
  • Say “Thank you” when you receive something.
  • If you have to interrupt an adult conversation, say “please excuse me”.
  • Do not look into the class room as you pass by.
  • Do not stand near elder people when they are talking together.
  • Allow older people to go before.
  • Wish Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening to your Teachers, Parents, elders.
  • Do not waste water.
  • School diary must be carried by a student to the school every day. In case of loss, a new diary will have to be purchased.
  • Students are expected to respect the property of others and the school. Any damage done purposely, cost will be borne by the parent.
  • Mobiles, knives, crackers, water – pistol, explosives or any other lethal object which can cause injury or damage to school property are strictly prohibited within school premises.
  • Students are required to where proper uniform and ID cards at all times.
  • All students must reach school by 7:15 AM during summers and 8:15 AM during winters.
  • No bullying, No ragging, No extortion and no violence allowed in school.
  • Appropriate language should be used in school premises.
  • No student is permitted to come in two – wheelers.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS (Please Read & Apply)


  • Parents must ensure that the child comes in proper school uniform and on time.
  • Parents must not send a child empty stomach to school and should ensure that the child is carrying lunch box and water bottle.
  • School considers it to be prime responsibility of parents to ensure that the child is healthy at all the time and extreme care must be taken about his/ her food habits. School encourages only home cooked food and discourages junk and fast food for children.
  • Parents are requested to pick their child from school within 15 minutes of closing time.
  • Parents are welcome to meet teachers on any working day after school hours through prior appointment that may be made through the diary and will be coordinated by class teachers.
  • The school expects parents to attend all Parent Teacher Meeting during the year. Student needs to accompany the parents in school uniform. Report cards will be handed over the Parents/ Guardians only.
  • Parents are not permitted into the classrooms or meet the teacher during the teaching hours.

INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT THE STUDENTS


  • Your ward was absent from academy and did not bring leave Explanation Application.
  • Your ward did not do the Home work given.
  • Your ward did not bring the text books, note books.
  • Your ward did not bring test book, note books.
  • Your ward was late to academy yesterday.
  • Your ward’s behavior in class was not satisfactory.
  • Your ward was disrespectful in class was not satisfactory.
  • Your ward’s fee is not paid for the last installment.
  • Your ward comes to academy wearing an untidy uniform.
  • Your ward broke furniture, glass, wrote on the wall in academy.
  • Your ward is inattentive and is disturbed in class.
  • Your ward’s books are not covered.
  • Your ward disturbs other students in the class/ academy.
  • Your ward does not study daily at home.
  • Your ward removes things from other student’s bag.
  • Your ward needs special attention in subject ………….
  • Your ward did not bring the report card.
  • Please come and meet (A) me (B) Principal at …………….
  • Your ward does not finish his/ her Tiffin at interval.
  • Your ward deserves praise and application.
  • Your ward brings money to academy without academy’s information.

Some Point To Keep In Mind To Create Discipline In School.


  1. Student Should Not damage School Property.
  2. Student Should Not do unruly behavior in class/school.
  3. Student Should Not bunk School/ Class.
  4. Student Should Not bring Cell Phone, Ipods, Jewelry, Expensive Articles & Other Irrelevant Material In School
  5. student Should Not indulge in violence in any form.
  6. Student Should Not write anything on uniform, walls of school or on any other property of school.
  7. Student Should Not use abusive language.
  8. Student Should Not come in incomplete school uniform.
  9. Student Should Not damage library property.
  10. Student Should Not bring injury causing articles in school.
  11. Student Should Not gamble, use drugs.
  12. Student Should Not bring crackers in school.
  13. Money for canteen purpose
    1. Primary classes = Rs 5/-
    2. Middle classes = Rs 10/-
    3. Senior classes = Rs 20/-
  14. Student Should Not come late to school.
  15. Student Should Not misbehave in school transport.
  16. Parents must not misbehave in School.
  17. Motor vehicles are not allowed in the school.
  18. Students must come to school at least 10 min. before the first bell for assembly.

Disciplinary Actions


  • 1st action - Verbal Warning.
  • 2nd action - Written Warning.
  • 3rd action - Black Listed.
  • 4th action - Suspension.
  • 5th action - Name Struck Off from School.

General Instruction


All correspondence must be addressed to the Principal. Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers in the classrooms. The school is not responsible for any injury (or harm) that a student may sustain inadvertently during school or during his/ her pursuit of any extra-curricular activities.All the articles and belongings should bear the student's name, class and section. Parents are required to attend the parent-teacher meetings regularly. Parents must come to school immediately when called by the school. Parents must check the daily assignment of their ward. At least 75% attendance in a session is required for the student to appear in exams & to get promoted in next class. The school is not responsible for goods lost. Children are discouraged to bring any expensive article to the school.However goods lost if found will be kept in office.No student should be sent to the school if he/she is suffering from any contagious or infectious disease.


Attendance & Leave Application


  • Student need to maintain 80% attendance for each term in the academic year in order to be considered for promotion.
  • If a student is absent due to illness or any other valid reason the principal should be informed about it immediately by the parent/guardian.
  • Leave should be obtained well in advance from the principal through an application duly signed by parents in the school diary which shall be forwarded by class teacher.
  • Medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner is mandatory on the first day the student reports back to school after sick leave.
  • A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a fitness certificate from the doctor permitting him/her to rejoin classes.
  • If a child remains absent for more than 3 working days. Without intimation his/her name is liable to be struck off the rolls and dues be adjusted.
  • Half day leave applications will not be entertained.

Leaves


  1. Planned leave must be applied well in advance.
  2. In case of planned leave, an application should be given in advance & in case of emergency the guardian has to inform the school about the situation & can submit the leave application later.
  3. Absent without information for more than 6 consecutive days permits school authority to strike off the name of the absentee from the school rolls.
  4. NO LEAVE WILL BE GRANTED IN ANY CASE DURING SCHOOL HOURS ( EXCEPT SICKNESS ) IF ONCE THE STUDENT IS MARKED PRESENT IN THE ATTENDANCE REGISTER.
  5. In case of sickness parents will be informed by the school authority.
