Fee Structure & Payment Schedule

• School fees must be paid on time in the Almora Urban Co-Operative Bank Ltd. Dineshpur before the 10th of every month.
• Fine of Rs. 30/- will be strictly imposed after 10th of every month.
• BANK HOURS:

  Week days	10.00 AM to 04.00 PM
  Saturday:	10.00 AM to 12.00 PM
  Sunday(2nd & 4th):	Bank Holiday

• Fee once paid will not be refunded/ adjusted.
• Rs. 30/- will be charged for issuing the duplicate fee book.
• Due to holidays or absence from school for any reason, no exemption or reduction will be made in the fees.
• Fees will be charged for all the 12 calendar months & fee can be revised every year as per circumstances.
• It is compulsory to fill all the blanks in the pay – in – slip books.
• Before the withdrawal of a pupil, a month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice shall be charged.
• For your convenience you may deposit the fee for the whole year or six months in advance.
• If there is a regular delay in fee payment, the child’s name will be struck off the rolls. Parents will then have to apply for re – admission.
