Fitness Week Celebration

Day 1
(i) Conducted Yoga in the morning Assembly
(ii) Basic exercises & speech on nutritious – healthy diet was conducted & delivered. Students & staff took part actively
Day 2
(i) Free hand exercise – P.T. was conducted in Assembly (class I to XII)
(ii) Debate / symposium & Lecture on fitness
Day 3
(i) Fitness Assessment conducted through Khelo India App.
(ii) Poster making Comp. Conducted on theme “Fit Body – Fit mind – Fit Environment”
Day 4
(i) Yoga, Martial Arts – Karate, Aerobics and Rope – Skipping etc conducted during Morning Assemblies.
(ii) Essay Writing Comp. was conducted for middle & Senior school students
Day 5
(i) Fitness & Sports Quiz was conducted for all students during Assembly.
Day 6
(i) Students, Staff & Parents actively took part in Traditional – Regional Games.
